Please note hinansho. returns policy is strictly 14 days for a refund or exchange on unused goods. Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 14 day policy. Our 14 day returns policy begins on the day you receive your order.

3. Please ensure you send your return order via a trackable postage service as hinansho. does not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
